I designed these customer cards to be included with every order and handed directly to all customers as a consistent post-purchase touchpoint. The front of the card thanks customers for their business while prompting them to leave a Google review, a simple call-to-action that helped drive a 50% increase in Google reviews within one year. The back of the card highlights examples of our work and encourages customers to share photos of their vehicles featuring our graphics to be considered for a feature on our social channels. This approach not only reinforced brand pride but also led to a significant increase in departments tagging OnSiteDecals when showcasing their vehicles, expanding organic reach and strengthening community engagement around the brand.
